           How We Conduct :

For the usability testing of our workout app, we utilized Google Forms where a link to the prototype is place in the form to ensure a seamless and effective feedback process. How we conducted are as follows:

1.     Creating the Google Form

We created a Google Form to collect user feedback where the form included a variety of question types such as Likert scale and open-ended questions to gather comprehensive feedback on the app’s usability.

2.     Testing Process

The Google Form contained a link to the Figma prototype where users were instructed to click on the link to open the prototype and explore the app interface and navigation. After interacting with the Figma prototype, users returned back to the Google Form to provide their feedback. The questions in the form were designed to capture both qualitative and quantitative data which covers aspects such as ease of navigation, overall satisfaction, and suggestions for improvement.

3.     Analysing Feedback

Once the users submitted their responses, we analysed the data to identify common pain points, areas of confusion, and features that were well-received where this analysis helped us prioritize changes and improvements to the app in the future.

4.     Summarise The Findings

After conducting the usability testing and analysing the feedback collected through Google Forms, we compiled a comprehensive summary of the findings.

 Finding :

The user feedback indicates that the application is generally well-received, with the majority of users finding it easy to navigate (most rating it a 4), highly usable (with most ratings at 4 and 5), and efficient for completing tasks quickly (all ratings at 4 or 5). This demonstrates that the application's design and functionality align well with user expectations, creating a positive user experience. While navigation received a slightly lower score from one user, overall satisfaction with usability and task completion speed remains very high. This highlights the application's strength in delivering a seamless and effective user experience.

To further enhance user experience, it is essential to focus on the aspects highlighted by user feedback. Improving navigation should be a priority, as even a single user's lower rating indicates room for enhancement in this area. Ensuring that the application continues to be highly usable and enables quick task completion is crucial for maintaining user satisfaction.

Feedback for Improvement or Additional Features:

1. Use More Interesting Colours: Users have suggested incorporating more vibrant and interesting colors to make the application visually appealing. This can significantly enhance user engagement by making the interface more attractive and enjoyable to use.

2. Choices of Colour: Providing users with color choices can personalize their experience, allowing them to select themes or color schemes that suit their preferences. This customization can increase user satisfaction and retention.

3. Add More Products: Expanding the product range within the application can attract a broader audience and cater to diverse user needs. More products can also provide existing users with more options, enhancing their overall experience.

4. UI Should Be More Attractive: An aesthetically pleasing user interface can significantly impact user engagement. Enhancing the UI with modern design principles, intuitive layouts, and visually appealing elements can make the application more appealing to users.

5. Icons Should Be Bigger: Making icons larger can improve usability, especially for users with visual impairments or those using the application on smaller screens. Larger icons can enhance clarity and ensure that users can easily navigate the application.

6. Have More Options Like Personal Trainers: Introducing additional features such as personal trainers can add significant value to the application. This can cater to users seeking personalized guidance and support, enhancing the application's appeal and functionality.

In conclusion, while the application is already well-received for its usability and efficiency, addressing the specific feedback provided by users can further elevate the user experience. By focusing on improving navigation, incorporating more engaging and customizable visual elements, expanding the product range, enhancing the UI, and adding valuable features, the application can continue to meet and exceed user expectations.
