How We Conduct :
For
the usability testing of our workout app, we utilized Google Forms where a link
to the prototype is place in the form to ensure a seamless and effective
feedback process. How we conducted are as follows:
1. Creating
the Google Form
We created a Google Form to
collect user feedback where the form included a variety of question types such
as Likert scale and open-ended questions to gather comprehensive feedback on
the app’s usability.
2. Testing
Process
The Google Form contained a
link to the Figma prototype where users were instructed to click on the link to
open the prototype and explore the app interface and navigation. After
interacting with the Figma prototype, users returned back to the Google Form to
provide their feedback. The questions in the form were designed to capture both
qualitative and quantitative data which covers aspects such as ease of
navigation, overall satisfaction, and suggestions for improvement.
3. Analysing
Feedback
Once the users submitted their
responses, we analysed the data to identify common pain points, areas of
confusion, and features that were well-received where this analysis helped us
prioritize changes and improvements to the app in the future.
4. Summarise
The Findings
After conducting the usability
testing and analysing the feedback collected through Google Forms, we compiled
a comprehensive summary of the findings.

Reflection :
i. Firas Yassin
Reflecting
on the journey of creating the interface for our fitness app, I realized the
importance of user-centric design. Ensuring the app was both intuitive and
engaging required constant iteration and feedback. This project taught me the
value of empathy in design, as understanding user needs and behaviours was
crucial for creating a successful interface. Collaborating with the team was a
rewarding experience, highlighting the importance of diverse perspectives in
achieving a cohesive and effective design.
ii. Kharthikavel
Developing
the interface for our fitness app was an enlightening experience. It
underscored the complexity of balancing aesthetics with functionality. We faced
challenges in making the design appealing while ensuring it was easy to
navigate. The iterative design process, driven by user feedback, was
particularly valuable. It emphasized the need for flexibility and adaptability
in design work. This project strengthened my ability to listen to user feedback
and make data-driven design decisions.
iii. Alif Danial
Working
on the interface of the fitness app provided me with a deeper understanding of
the user experience. It was challenging to create a seamless interaction flow
that met all user expectations. The feedback from usability testing was
instrumental in refining the design. This project reinforced the importance of
continuous testing and iteration in the design process. It was fulfilling to
see how small changes based on user feedback could significantly improve the
overall user experience.
iv. Muhammad Firdaus
The
process of creating the interface for our fitness app was both challenging and
rewarding. It highlighted the significance of thorough research and user
testing. Gathering and analysing user feedback helped us identify key areas for
improvement and ensure the app met the needs of our target audience. This
experience underscored the importance of user involvement throughout the design
process. It was gratifying to see the final product evolve into a user-friendly
interface.
v. Muhammad Hazim
Designing
the interface for our fitness app was a valuable learning experience. One of
the main challenges was ensuring the app was accessible to users with varying
levels of tech-savviness. The project taught me the importance of simplicity
and clarity in design. User feedback played a critical role in shaping the
final interface, and it was eye-opening to see how different users interacted
with the app. This experience reinforced the need for inclusive design
practices.
vi. Syed Naufal
Creating
the interface for our fitness app was an insightful journey. The project
emphasized the importance of usability and accessibility in design. Conducting
usability tests and gathering user feedback were crucial steps that informed
our design decisions. It was challenging to address all the feedback while
maintaining the app’s functionality and aesthetic appeal. This project helped
me appreciate the iterative nature of design and the continuous effort required
to improve user experience.
